Back in the 1920s – when Perth’s public
transport system was still top notch
trains featured luggage racks like
this original and rare piece. Previously
belonging to the West Australian
Government Railway, its brackets are
made of cast iron and include the cast
initials of the WAGR. At 110cm long, it
would be perfect in the kitchen as a shelf or
just as a decorative ornament.
