pleased when Westfield Sydney approved the tableaux extentio n beyond the window
line and the use of the textured velvet on the custom-designed entry door handles.
Most ce ntres would not allow these details for restrictive pra ctical rea sons. H owever,
Westfield embraced the conce pt design 100 per ce nt.
Anything else we should know? There is a hidden detail in the store that was
technically challe nging. To sustain the tableaux continuity through the wi ndow

How does this fit with global trends? I trave l a lot for both business and play,
so have a broa d knowledge of curre nt design tre nds. I conside r the res ult to sit
comfor tably in the global mix .
Was it important to ensure there was provena nce in the design? Absolutely.
Linneys’ origin is the substance. In Australian terms, it is well-established and I made
a poi nt to highlight this within the armoire at the central seating se ction.
What excites you most about the design? The te xtural qualities of the black
selections. They are all tactile, sensuous and quality products. I was also particularly
