The location: South Street, Fremantle
The house: 160sqm
The rooms: 4 beds, 2 baths
The standout: The roof deck. Kieran reckons they should be mandatory
in Fremantle, and we're inclined to agree.
With the site at just 270sqm and on an
interesting corner with views over South

and became more interested in quirky pieces
-- and then with my mum being an artist, we
EATABILITY: As well as a complete outdoor kitchen (including a sink, fridge and barbecue) on their roof deck
to eliminate dashing up and down stairs, the foodie clients have a pizza oven in their backyard. Although the
pizza oven had to be hoisted into the yard at the final stages, the clients said the e ort was worth it.
